Refund policy

ERG Learning and Assessment Center – Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 25, 2026

 

1. General Policy

All payments made to ERG Learning and Assessment Center are final, subject to the conditions below.

2. Training Programs

Eligible for Refund:

  • Cancellation requested at least 5–7 business days before the training start date

  • Training canceled by ERG

Non-Refundable:

  • No-shows or failure to attend scheduled training

  • Requests made after training has started

  • Access already granted to self-paced courses

3. Exam Vouchers

  • Exam vouchers are non-refundable once issued

  • Validity and usage are governed by the certification provider

4. Rescheduling

  • Participants may request rescheduling subject to availability and prior notice

  • One-time rescheduling may be allowed at ERG’s discretion

5. Corporate Training

  • Refund and cancellation terms may vary based on signed agreements or proposals

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days

  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method

7. Force Majeure

ERG shall not be liable for cancellations due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, system outages)
